The MP for North Island-Powell River says Canadians deserve to know what the priorities are when it comes to the North American Free Trade Agreement.
Rachel Blaney says she’s planning on hosting round-tables to discuss what NAFTA priorities are at the local level.
“At this point, we’re still waiting to hear what the priorities of the government are in negotiating this and that’s unfortunate,” she says.

Blaney notes that “it’s important for people across [Canada] to know what the government will be focusing on, what they will be highlighting and it’s important for the United States in their role to understand what the priorities are.”
