Baby Hound Dog poisoned with rat killer

When six month old Doug arrived on Monday night after consuming rat poison, it was clear he was dying.
Vancouver Island Dogs Rescue Society Secretary Shannon Briggs says Doug has been doing much better, but he still needs high medical attention.

Briggs says Doug has lots of care ahead of him, but once he’s healthy, they’re hoping he’ll be adopted.
