It’s been a good start to the New Year for Mount Washington. Snow making has arrived at the alpine resort.
Spokesperson Don Sharpe says they are testing different kinds of machines to see which one works best with the conditions on the mountain. Sharpe says two machines are being tested throughout this week.
He says the tests they’ve conducted so far have produced some positive results.
Sharpe says the feedback from visitors is that the quality of the man-made snow is just as good as the natural stuff.
