New amphitheatre in Alert Bay

The Alert Bay Seafest Society is moving a head with a new amphitheatre.
The society has received funding from several sources, including the Island Coastal Economic Trust.
Trust C-E-O Line Robert  says the new facility will allow the society to attract a greater number of acts.
Construction is scheduled to start this spring and will be complete by the fall.
