For the first time in history, the Truck Loggers Association has elected a female president.
Jacqui Beban has a long history of logging in her family,
She says the association has a lot of things they’re focusing on, so her job will be to reiterate what the TLA stands for and what their beliefs are.
Beban says it’s an exciting time for the TLA and says the selection of a female president is one of the ways the association is embracing change.
