RCMP Looking for Stolen First Nations Items

Campbell River RCMP are looking for information on some stolen First Nations items.

Mounties were called out to a residential break in on December 29.

Sergeant Troy Beauregard says while the home owners were away, the thieves broke and stole many objects including many First Nations items with significant value to the family, and the community.

The investigator was able to locate two of the masks, but two red and black button blankets and a mask are still missing.
