Increases to hydro affecting the North Island

BC Hydro is calling for a one-year rate increase of four per cent, adding about $4 a month to residential power bills.
North Island MLA Claire Trevena says people have seen increases in hydro year after year and the reason for it is the mismanagement by the liberal government in B.C.
Trevena says the people on the North Island are going to feel the brunt even more than the rest of the province.
