The Vancouver Island Better Business Bureau is warning about a new scam.
President Rosalind Scott says people are receiving a message saying a package will be delivered, but they must pay the customs and delivery fees.
She says the problem is the package does not exist.
Scott says when you order something online it’s important to always check with the company to find out how it will be delivered and if there will be any customs or fees owed upon delivery.
