Changes to Mount Waddington transit service start next week

Spring bus service changes are coming to the regional district of Mount Waddington next week.

Both BC Transit and the district say that you can expect changes for the season on Routes 1, 2, 5, and 6.

Route 1 Port McNeill and Route 2 Port Hardy will have regular Saturday service resume.

Route 5 Coal Harbour will not only return for the April to November schedule, including Saturday service, but it will also extend down Harbour Road to the turnaround before Leash Road.

Route 6 Woss will be discontinued.

These changes come into effect on April 2.
