RCMP issue Canada wide warrant for Nanaimo man 

RCMP have issued a Canada wide warrant for a 58-year-old Nanaimo man after they say he failed to show up to court. 

Kerry Chang was scheduled to appear in Nanaimo Provincial Court on Sept. 20 and are asking if anyone has seen him to immediately contact Nanaimo RCMP. 

Chang is described as a Caucasian man, 5 feet 10 inches tall and approximately 190 pounds. Police say he has receding grey brown hair and brown eyes.  

He can also be identified by tattoos of dragons on both upper arms.  

If anyone has seen Chang, they can call Nanaimo RCMP’s non-emergency line at 250-754-2345.
