Plans for Second Growth

The province is looking for feedback on the old growth management areas for northwestern Vancouver Island.
Andrew Ashford is the District Manager for the North Island and Central Coast Natural Resource District.
He says the forest is used by various groups of people and they want to hear from those groups as to what they’d like to see in the plan for the area.
Feedback can be submitted through the North Island District Office in Port McNeill or via email.
