BC Ferries recruiting for Port Hardy, Port McNeill jobs

If you’re interested in working with BC Ferries, they are holding an in-person information session this Wednesday in Port Hardy.

Staff and recruiters from the ferry corporation will be at the WorkBC Centre on January 22 to answer questions and provide information about working with BC Ferries, including details on current openings.

They are looking for people who are enthusiastic and hard-working, have strong customer service skills, and are able to work under pressure. They are currently hiring for terminal service attendants and other positions at Bear Cove, positions in Port McNeill are also coming soon.

They are looking for seasonal and casual employees; Seasonal rates are $28.04 per hour, casual rates are $31.15 per hour.

The information session is from 9-11 am on Wednesday, January 22 in the former Monk Office space at 102-7160 Rupert Street.
