Busy season for the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Mammal Rescue Centre

The Vancouver Aquarium Marine Mammal Rescue Centre is set for a busy season.
Spokesperson Lindsaye Akhurst  says the centre has already taken in 50 seal pups…and they expect to see dozens more in the coming weeks.
Akhust says the animals they care for come from all across the province.
The team provides care for other animals like sea otters, elephant seals, whales, and dolphins.
Akhust notes that if you spot a stranded marine animal, you should report the sighting to the rescue centre.
