Port Alice microwave bandwidth project is complete

The Port Alice microwave bandwidth project is complete.
Microwave radios will now send bandwidth from the 7 Hills site in Port Hardy to the new microwave tower on Mount Bing, as well as to the microwave dishes in Port Alice.
Brooks Bay Cable Corporation director of operations Bill Feader says the high speed internet will be a huge benefit to the area.


Feader says the first bandwidth was running the first of August.
