The province is marking Disability Employment Month.
Parliamentary Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development Darryl Tlecas says the focus is to create awareness and ask businesses to be more inclusive.
Tlecas says the province is working with communities to make it easier for people with disabilities to find work.
The province has set a goal of making B-C the most progressive place for people with disabilities in Canada by 2024.
