Returning of seasonal service between Port Hardy & Bella Coola

The North and Central Coast Ferry Advisory Committee is welcoming the return of direct seasonal service between Port Hardy and Bella Coola.
The government made the announcement last week that the service would resume by the summer of 2018.
Port Hardy Chamber of Commerce Manager Carly Pereboom says it was a good step into the right direction
She says the advisory committee still wants to hear from the public about how the current scheduling and delays are affecting their businesses and quality of life.
Pereboom says the Ferry Advisory Committee is the voice for business owners, residents, and tourism operators, it’s important the feedback is gathered so concerns and issues can be passed along to B-C Ferries.
