Giving feedback on Electoral Reform

There’s still time for residents to give feedback on electoral reform.

House of Commons Special Committee on Electoral Reform member Elizabeth May was on the island meeting with residents to talk about the changes needed to the voting system at a federal level.

She says it’s a critical opportunity to participate because it’s a once in a generational chance to make sure the country has fair voting.


May says if you can’t make a town hall meeting, you can also head online to the House of Commons website and fill out the online questionnaire to share what voting system will best represent the views of Canadians.
