Significant donation towards the multiplex project

The District of Port Hardy has received a significant donation towards the multiplex project.

At an open house last night, Marine Harvest presented a $250-thousand cheque towards the project.

Spokesperson Ian Roberts says the local staff approached the company to see if there was a way they could support the project.

The project will go to referendum on October 22nd, 2016.
