North Island College is receiving money for upgrades.
The Province announced 13.5 million dollars for upgrading it’s Campbell River campus, with five and half million dollars contributed by the federal government.
Premier Christy Clark says the funding will help students in all fields.
N.I.C President John Bowman says the announcement is very rewarding for students.
Construction on the project is set to begin later this month.
