The First Nations Health Authority is celebrating a record number of graduates from the First Nations First Responders Program.
The graduates included representatives from a number of nations on Vancouver Island, including Quatsino and Ka:’yu:’k’t’h’
Spokesperson Brennan MacDonald says the program was developed in partnership with the Red Cross.

A total of 118 First Responders were trained throughout BC over the last year.
