The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the body of a 15-year-old snowboarder was found on Mount Washington late last night.
Coroner Barb McClintock says the coroner for the Courtenay/Comox area was called to Mount Washington around 11:00pm on Tuesday night.
McClintock says the coroner and Comox Valley RCMP are going back to the scene today to continue their investigation.
