Port Hardy Council is concerned about the introduction of parking fees at the new Campbell River Hospital.
Mayor Hank Bood has written to the Minister, asking him to reevaluate the fees.
Bood notes there are other hospitals in the province which do not have pay parking, so eliminating the fees would not be an unprecedented move.
