Dogwood Pet Mart in Campbell River is helping out the local Syrian families with their two huskies and German Sheppard.
Staff Sue Ho says through Royal Canin, they are donating dog food for a year, as well as collars, beds, and ID tags.
Ho says everyone at Dogwood Pet Mart knows how important pets can be.
Ho says everyone is very proud to help make the transition easier for these families.
