Property Assessments will be arriving in mailboxes this week.
B-C Assessment mails out the notices on the first working day after New Years.
Deputy Assessor Bill Dawson says it's important to review your assessment to make sure everything is correct.

Dawson says you can also use the e-value tool at bcassessment.ca to compare your property value to other, similar properties.
