Entrepreneur Inez Cook is speaking Thursday April 14, at Council Hall in Alert Bay.

In conjunction with the Cormorant Island Entrepreneur Support Program, Cook will be talking about her entrepreneurship journey.

Cook says it’s a time of healing and moving forward, and she’s honored to speak at this event.

Cook says it’s great to see how first nations people are working really hard right now and becoming successful and showcasing their culture and heritage.

Cook will begin her talk at 6 o’clock.
