Looking for extras for television series on Vancouver Island

A new television series is set to be filmed on Vancouver Island.
Hot off the success of the survival show ‘Alone’, the Hallmark television series “Chesapeake Shores” will be filming for 3 months…and you have the chance to be a part of the process.
Producers are looking to cast background extras for the 3-month filming process.
North Island Film Commissioner Joan Miller says there will be casting sessions this week.
Miller notes you need to be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident to audition.
The first casting session goes May 4 in Campbell River at the Enterprise Centre.
