Formulating a plan for the Parrot Refuge

The BC SPCA, veterinarians and the volunteers at the World Parrot Refuge in Coombs are still trying to formulate a plan.
The SPCA received complaints about the conditions at the facility a couple of weeks ago.
Tina Heary, with the cruelty investigation department says everyone is working to make the situation better.
Heary says no birds have been seized and the SPCA does not have any available for adoption.
