Island Health has released more information following a privacy breach.
Spokesperson Kathy MacNeil says two employees accessed the records of almost 200 individuals.
She says they are in the process of notifying those individuals.
MacNeil says the investigation began after a routine audit was run and the employees involved no longer work for the health authority..
