Port Hardy’s Business Excellence Awards Gala is coming up next week, and the list of nominees has now been published.
In total there are 68 nominees in eight categories, including New Business of the Year and Youth Customer Service or Entrepreneur. Several new businesses are up for the award, including McDonalds and Patterson Plumbing.
There are also categories for not-for-profits, service excellence, micro and home-based businesses, and outstanding workplace.
The Chamber of Commerce is hosting the awards night on Friday November 22, at the Kwa’lilas Hotel, it opens with a reception and will also feature a silent auction. Tickets are still available, visit the Chamber to order yours or to see the list of nominees.
