Last chance to submit Chamber Award nominations

Today is the deadline for nominations for the Port McNeill Chamber Awards.

President Gaby Wickstrom says it’s a chance to recognize a local business or community member who has done a lot for the community. She notes the criteria varies for each category. Some of the categories include Business of the Year, Customer Service, etc.

Nominations can be submitted through the chamber’s website. Wickstrom says the public will also get a say in choosing the winners.

Nominations close at 4:30 PM. The awards will be presented October 21st.
