A lot of road work will be done on the North Island over the next few months.
The replacement of the San Jose Bridge West of Port Hardy is already underway.
Vancouver Island District Manager Janelle Erwin says there will also be work at the Eve River Bridge embankment stabilization project on Highway 19.
Erwin says all work should be done before the fall.
